Thanks for visiting us! We get a lot of questions via email and do our best to reply to all of them quickly. However, as you might imagine, we answer the same questions pretty often. We have listed those below along without the best way to reach us if you have additional questions.
When will my purchase ship?
Purchases typically ship the next business day.
Where does it ship from?
Purchases ship from our fulfillment partners facility in Indianapolis, IN.
What shipping service do you use?
For orders of one or two sets we use UPS Mail Innovations which is partnership between UPS and the US Postal Service. For orders of three or more we ship via standard UPS. For overnight and expedited orders we use UPS as well (but will occasionally use Fedex).
Can I get my order shipped overnight or Second Day Air?
Yes but please keep in mind that purchases are typically shipped next day so if you order on a Monday "next day" will typically mean you get your order on Wedneseday. If you really, really need it the very next day please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org right after placing your overnight order and we will do our absolute best to get it out that day.
Will a signature be required for my delivery?
We will not require a signature for most orders. However, UPS and Fedex have discrection over wether or not they leave the package without signature. If you would like us to require a signature please send us an email at email@example.com after placing your order and we will try to accommodate your request.
